I don't think I have ever seen a feedback rating that low: 82%. Anything other than 99+% positive in a vendor is highly suspect for an eBay transaction. What I have found with 100% positive vendors is that they seem to be wonderful, helpful, and honest people. The ones with negative feedback with whom I have tried to deal tend to be nasty and selfish.
