I know how that is Dave,but I am restoring a 560 Diesel to keep for sure.Ive got a JD 50 that Ive had for some time now,and its going to be for sale soon.Its not a total restoration.Its just a tight,good running little tractor I have worked on for fun,because Ive never had a 50 before,and it will really pull for a 2 lunger.I liked that Super H because it seemed like a good tractor that had just been ignored a little to much over the years,but you get in a pinch for cash,and its a shame you cant keep everything you like,aint it.Maybe I will see you again one of these days.Rob in Mo.

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
