At the expense of possibly upsetting someone when I see overspray all over the tires and people advertise it as refurbished or restored I just accept it as an indicator of the type of job that was done. Since its such a minor thing I wonder how much else was done in the same fashion.
Then again there are those that just don't recognize a good job. It's my opinion that they probably don't complete their paperwork after their morning constitutional either....
