Which has more value Jd H or JD 40T?

I was looking at trading a JD H in average condition with hand lift cultivators, original fenders,
pto, electric start, sheet metal needs work, average tires for a very good 40T, 3pt clean sheet
metal, no fenders, no pto shield, no wheel weights, that needs paint and needs a rear tire. What do you think they are each worth? Who is
getting a better deal? Which would you take? I am located in Wisconsin. Thanks
