I just finished rebuilding the rear light on my
Farmall BN. I covered the reflector with aluminum
duct tape (duct tape that is made from thin aluminum) and polished it with mag wheel polish.
With the lens in place it looks great and reflects the light just fine. I had done this before on a snowmobile but that time I used some tape that I got at an auto acessory store that was made to put on a car rocker panel. That stuff
had a clear film that you peeled off after you put
it on, and it had a smoother more shiny surface than the duct tape. Much cheaper than resilvering.
