I have the same problem every fall. The little bas-rds can get in anywhere. I am told that they will sit at the bottom of a door where the heat is excaping and run in when you open it. You have to be smarter than the mice. Find a spot that they traffic and put down traps with peanut butter. You have to ding down the little v that is the trigger of the trap(I call it hair trigger) The traps as you buy them are not worth a sh-t. I get two or three every year.
