Yo can contact Ebay about this and if you still have the Email you sent and recieved concerning the clutch, then Ebay will politly inform them that they make it right or they could loose their right to use Ebay and if they do a lot, it will get real fast action. I would have been asking where it was sent with a tracking number of the missent package. Sounds as though they are being a little misleading and need to be reported to the powers to be on Ebay!!!! If you go to your "My Ebay page" you can access all this info to report them. You had/have a legally binding contract when you do this, so they are bound by this as much as you are.
