Hi again Allan, Mine was not an auction. I bought it from a local guy whose B-I-Law owned it. Used it with a batwing mower to clean off property he'd buy, cleanup, put up a fence and barn and resell. This guy has a "fix-um-up" shop and family farms 3 counties around here. Guess restoring tractors is his hobby. Maybe it started out as a way to get rid of his old farm tractors and turned into a (poorly managed) restoration business. He doesn't advertise, has no sign and is seldom at his lot. I have driven past his place many times looking at his beautiful tractors but could never afford to turn in the gate. On this occasion, I was already retired, was going to town, as I passed by I noticed his truck was there and the gate was open. I stopped and backed up about half a block. Truck turned it'self into his lot, I had nothing to do with it...ha ha. Mark
