Well, I've seen this particular engine on the internet selling used for $6000.00. This engine has some where between 2000 and 2500 hours from what I can figure. The tranfer case goes for anywhere from $750.00 to $1500.00. I would let it go for $5000.00 that includes the bed, the case of oil filters I got and a rear bumper.
