I usually just turn myself in. Once got chewed out by the boss for doing something that I was supposed to do. When he got done, I recited it back to him word for word, and when he agreed with me, I suspended myself without pay for 3 days and hung up on him. Then called chief steward and told him that I was just suspended for 3 days without pay, I wasn't fighting it, and would be in Monday (after finished suspension) to sign the papers of dicipline, and hung up on him. He paged me back to find out what the h... I was talking about, then conferenced me in with the boss, and I told them that while I was suspended, I'd consider firing myself, and let them know my decision when returned Monday and hung up on them both. I sure got chewed out for that, but am still working there. Mark
