Ok here's what I have as information: 1st--- Cockshutt (close second oliver-- I think I have paperwork that says they are the same thing they did this right after the war. right after the war sometime Co-0p model c's had a belt driven INDEPENDANT PTO driven off the front shaft... dates not for sure since most production info on the C is suspect 1949==JD R it was an Independant PTO but it was not reliable. 1952 Series 2 super M (not the first superM's but Not yet the MTA) WD alis had it late 48 I believe but since there is a gap in my allis history I will just say about that time mid 50's (super 44 massey was there first, MM UB-ZB and m & w retrofits) fords I know very little about oh and I do not consider braking the differentials LIVE PTO... thats really just smoke and mirror Live PTO.
