Allan. Beautiful workmanship on the top link. Where can you find that kind of quality work anymore? Must be a midwest trait HuH? I assume that you will double clear coat this baby when all the 2150 enamel is baked on. Mine on the other hand is scattered in a thousand pieces. Major problems with the torque housing. Its all apart and will need all new TA, some new gears, and seals and bearings. The clowns who performed surgery on 'er before left some major scar tissue to be dealt with. We''ll keep at it and maybe some day I'll actually have some pictures to post of the reconstruction. Later Migraine

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
