Harbor Freight sells a motion detector activated impulse sprinkler. This is marketed as a deer repellent but may help you. When it senses an animal it ativates and sprays the area with water for a short period. Saw the same type of thing on TV once and it seemed to work well. There are also granulated pet repel products that are likely worth a try.

Nothing like someone else"s dog to tick you off.
