I wonder what your kids are like. You apparently have little respect for propert rights. If you care about the mutt you would be willing to impose limits in their running-instead someone else has to raise your dogs (or is it kids) for you.
SSS- when the owner comes around ask them -well I guess the dog must have gotten loose because I know you would not just let it run on others property.
