I am not a Case man last Case on this farm was a cross motor, but am trying this for the challange of the Bosch PSB pump. How long has it been since the tractor last ran. Have you verified that the transfer pump is building at least 5 pounds of pressure. How are you bleeding the high side? If you loosen say three high pressure lines at the pump will fuel dribble out of the lines?. Have you checked the movement of the fuel shut off? Have you had the timming window cover all and verified that the govenor does move the control arm and that the pump rotates? Was the pump off? Remember they are driven at crankshaft speed, fairly easy to get one turn out of time. Start there and let me know If you have questions ask away.
