They sould be ok as they are--But--if you really want to work on them (and then it WILL require a valve-job)..
NAPA sells kits for knurling the guides..(easy)..
OR..they also sell kits for boreing the guides, to install bronze inserts...
With the boreing, you get a LOT of metal dropping all over, and it would be best to do it during an out of frame session...
Knurling is easy and produces fewer metal chips..
I would check to see if I could then use "Ford-type Umberella (cup type) valve seals" on the intake valves...
