sure sounds like easy money until you start learning about tree diseases and stinking hungry whitetail deer thinning and keeping the grass trimmed without grinding up your crop is an art nothing wrong with planting couple thousand trees by hand every spring, dibble and strong back, lots of fresh air go for it!!!
