I havn't had that happen for quite a while, but in the past if you have the nuts off I would put them back on, but leave them loose enough to let the wheel come loose, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch play. Then drive the tractor around in tight circles paying attention to when they start to loosen up. With the tractor going in circles it puts a lot of side pressure on the wheels and usually will work loose. Also would soak good for a couple days ahead of time with "Blaster" or some other good penetrating oil. Good Luck! Skipper
