I would recommend a centerforce clutch kit. They have a rather trick method of generating extra clutch holding force(not that you need it for a v-6). I would be concerned that the napa clutch would be some piece of "made in Mexico" junk.

You may also want to try www.rockauto.com. They carry a complete clutch kit(throw-out bearing, clutch plate, pressure plate) made by Beck and Arnley for $248.
