You nailed it txblu, not only on steel but when is the last time that you saw a new oil refinery built in the states. The last that I can remember was in the 70's, the capacity is not there to handle the demand no matter what the price of oil is. I worked in that industry for 22 years. Now I moved to TN and work for a Japanese car company making cars in the good ole US and exporting them all over the world. What a switch...
