Sounds about right. Of course a 100% would make it a bit easier and you could restore a tractor or two and begin farming on a small scale. Tried to supplement the retirement with farming and that was a joke. The deer and coons got most of the profit. Did a bit of consulting which was good and worked for the township for a few bucks each month. Don't work and enjoy. Never know how many trips around the sun any of us have left. Good Luck
