Morning Mark, I'd say that you hit the nail right on the head. Isn't limited to just tractors. Is a good practice to figure out if YOU need it, and if YOU think it's worth it to YOU (me too). Folks rebuild stuff then ask a fair price which usually doesn't even factor in their labor and at some point decide to sell it, then someone comes along and says "I could pick one (piece of junk) for ..., you're asking too much". Is kind've insulting, but them's the breaks. Now when someone takes to chewin' you out though, guess you just tell them to have a nice life and to not come back. If they come back, double the price and tell them that last butt chewin they gave you was a "customized improvement" that they demanded above and beyond the original price, take it or leave it. Have a good day. Snowing here again.
