OT - Pa / Ma / Va roads

Been going south via Rt 81 to just south of Winchester Va. before cutting back over to 95. I hate the beltways around the cities, I can't see any grass let alone old tractors. New computer program says to take 15 south from Harrisburgh Pa., through Fredrick Ma. to Fredricksburgh Va. before getting back on 95. How's 15 to travel on?
