More help on tractor values please (MF 235 and IH

Hi, still looking for my tractor. I want to get something this spring. Looking for comments on pricing and machines if possible. Both of these are completely overhauled/restored/painted. Both have loaders with down pressure. Both diesel. The IH does not have power steering. $7500 for the IH with a 6" Howse Rotary Mower. $8500 for the MF. Both prices are firm. I can"t find an IH 275 on tractortips.com. Can anybody add some insight on that. Seller seems knowledgeable, but possibility exists that he is mistaken. Anyway, Thanks for all the help again. Kirk
