For something as small as 20 acres, you might consider a wheel line (sometimes known as a side roll). They're pretty simple, sell for $2500-4500 used (Pacific NW) for a quarter mile with mover and self levelers, but you'll need a minimum of a 5 inch mainline with valves to hook it up($1.50 a foot). Heck I have a 40 and a 20 and I do the 20 with handlines and have a wheeline on the 40. The twenty has an odd shape and an old pond that keeps me from putting a wheel line on it or I would have. But I'm getting a bit long in the tooth to be movin' pipe so I just might buy a few movers and make some short lines.
