You can unbolt the entire SCV housing and put it in a vise to work on it. Or take it into a Deere dealer and they can put the new kits in for you without having to haul or road the entire tractor in. The techs like to have a little fill in bench work. Could get a little pricy though BOHICA.
The 2940 has an entirely different plumbing and valving setup.
