I would guess that Net engine power is 70-72, while gross engine power is about 78. Most Ford 4 cyl tractors had a difference of 18hp between the PTO and the gross engine figure. In my area, a good working 5600 with decent tires would be in the 9-12 K Can range. Adding lift arms and a lift cover will be a significant expense, even by going to a bone yard. New parts are not feasible, except for mabey the arms. I really couldn't speculate on what the mower is worth. HTH.
