Price your 100 acres at $50 K an acre, which is what the developers will probably resell it for. If they balk, tell them they are cheap SOB's and you don't talk to SOB's. If they hand over the dough, you will be 5 million richer...Don't forget to build a big manure pile right next door to their newly aquired land. In the mean time, you have something they want, so screw 'em.
