70's vintage ford diesel ID

Hello,

I am looking for any information that will help me identify a 1970's ford diesel tractor motor with a serial no. D5NN6015J. I am looking for a injector pump assembly for this motor.

Any help with identification of the motor or a part number for the injector pump would be greatly appreciated.
