Photo Ad problems

Ok, I'll try to have this make sense.
When I am logged on our computer on my name and get on YT, click photo ads, then the tractors, parts, etc. page comes up as it should. When Dad is logged on, same computer, he clicks on photo ads, it sends him to the last photo ad page he looked at. He has to search for the current date to get new ads, and he has to look at all of them.
What's going on here? Hope that made sense to someone.
