Sheep and goats run well together with the exception of large males of either species. It goes both ways...a large billy will go after your male sheep or even young female sheep, and a large ram will go after the young goats. Ok to run the rest together....watch them closely at first but you should be fine. As the prior poster said, many sheep farmers keep goats (or llamas) in the pasture with sheep because the sheep won't defend themselves.
