We farm about 80 acres of fresh market vegetables and fruits. We use a two row Monosem NG+. It plants everyting for us. A little spendy to start with, but we figure with labor savings and seed savings it paid for itself in 4 years. Planting sweet corn, you could set a ruler with how accurate it is. I would say, plus or minus one half inch. We plant 14 acres of pumpkins, with about 8 different pumpkin varietys. With all the different size pumpkin seed, it does not miss a beat. So I would reccomend a Vacuum planter over an "Air" planter. Some of the other brands of Vacuum planters look good too. In our area now, sometimes I see an 6 or eight row used unit for cheap. A person could cut it down far cheaper than the price of a new one.
