Rob, I assume you mean the screw down jet adjustments out the top of carb?? Ways to free them up if stuck and will not turn are soak a few days immersed in carb cleaner and then spray thoroughly with knocker loose type penetrating oil and let that soak down around the threads. If that doesnt work, blow and clean everything out and dry and then apply heat to the area all around the screws but not on the screws themselves. Use a light tapping to shock them then they should free up with the heat all around them. Heating the screw would soften them and they may twist off instead of backing out. Heat almost always frees up stuck threads so long as you dont twist the screws off. Heat and tapping to shock things loose oughta do it. John T in Indiana USA
