First you need to figure out the source of the water. It could be that it's just left over from a batch of bad gas, but it sounds like you may have rainwater getting into the tank. If you run your tractor (is it a tractor?) regularly, there's no way you will get that much condensation. Maybe you need to change fuel suppliers. You have to remove the tank and dump out all the water and contaminated fuel. Gas line antifreeze will only remove miniscule amounts of water from the tank. If there's more than a few drops of water in the tank, the alcohol will separate from the gasoline and just make matters worse. Once you've cleaned the tank and eliminated the source of your contamination, you should have no more problems.
