i used to think the same thing myself, until i met my wife. she spent her whole life growing up in the city and never had the chance to step foot on a farm, even though that's what she yearned for. she was the nicest and most careing girl i'd ever met and wanted to learn everything she could. the bonus was her family was from SD so after a few trips with them out here it wasn't long and i up and left our WI farm because of urban sprawl and now i'm living my dream, i have my own farm and a great wife that never gives up and loves every second of it. she can drive tractor, work cattle and ride horses with the best of them, and she has more heart than any other farm girl i've ever met! 8 years ago she had never set foot on a farm. we are both 25 now 8') the gal you're looking for doesn't have to be country to be country. good luck and be patient, as others have said, she will find you! casey in SD
