Working on the older construction equipment like we do Dad and I both know that feeling all too well. To me though it seems like the dealerships are usually worse than the parts houses. I can understand the guy behind the counter at the local NAPA or Autozone not knowing what digging dogs are when it comes to an older crane, but when the parts guy at the distrubuitor doesn't know anything it's just plain ridiculous.
