Used to run a company daily grease/service truck and I connected the truck air brake system together to the service body compressor system. Controlled it with a solonoid in the line wired to a switch in the cab, so that while traveling to the jobsite the excess capacity of the truck air brake compressor went to my service body compressor and I always had air ready, and if more was needed than the truck system could supply, just cranked up the service compressor. and if the truck brake compressor failed, i could still have brakes from the service body compressor and had a valve to seperate the systems if one or the other filed. Worked real nice and speeded up the jobs. The truck was always running at the jobsite and the compressor was going to turn anyway, so I just made use of it. Gene Davis
