I've run a Ford TW25 for a good many hours pulling an 11 tooth chisel socked in good in fairly tough ground and this tractor has plenty of power for your needs and the prices at sales are quite reasonable. Also, it is fairly good with fuel consumption. You would want duels and front wheel assist if possible.
