I couldn't comment on what power it would take to pull a chisel plow, as I have no experience with one. That said, if you are looking for old cheap power, 2 models come to mind. The Ford 8000 and the Massey 1105. They are both about 105 hp. Both were good old tractors in their day. Neither will be very comftorable or stylish, but as I said, they are big cheap old power. $5000 should get either one, if you look around a bit. Just watch the dual power on the 8000, and make sure that it works properly. If it doesn't function properly or leaks or slips, then you're into some money to fix it. Good luck with the farm. Rod
