Dave, thanks for asking. The main problem with the tractor chat is the conduct of some of the people who use it. It was getting real bad and we got a lot of complaints from the nice, friendly folks who use it too. So the difficulty is finding software that provides some control over conduct while at the same time is still easy to use (and works on most computers & browsers). There you have it, in a nutshell!
