Custom Model C tractor??

I have seen a Custom Model C Regular tractor that is comming up for auction. It has a 6 cylinder chrysler industrial engine, so it says on the factory engine tag, My dad who is over 70 said he thought they were made for a couple of years by Cockshutt but wasn't sure. I looked and did a search at the serial number link and can't find it. Anybody out there know what it is, who made it and what it would be worth? it is in good shape and runs well. Have a feeling it will be worth more then whats in my budget
