For tractors any 2 cylinder John Deere under load. The smooth song of a farmall letter tractor. My favorite engine to listen to is a Pratt & Whitney R-1340, though. Starting one up is the best sound, especially early in the morning before the sun comes up. It takes about 30 seconds from the time the first jug hits until all 9 are firing smoothly and you"ve got an exhaust flame to look at in the dark. They sound great at idle or under load. Dave
