Allan, Sounds perfect! I spend a lot of time traveling through Kansas for work and my favorite trips are in central and western Kansas where the people are few and far between. A few years ago my work carried me to western Nebraska. Fell in love with the rolling hills and lack of people. Spent a lot of time in your neck of the woods, around Chadron. Always thought it would be great to live where you couldn't see or hear any neighbors. Not that I dislike people, they just annoy me most of the time... : ) Dug

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
