Sounds perfect!

I spend a lot of time traveling through Kansas for work and my favorite trips are in central and western Kansas where the people are few and far between. A few years ago my work carried me to western Nebraska. Fell in love with the rolling hills and lack of people. Spent a lot of time in your neck of the woods, around Chadron. Always thought it would be great to live where you couldn't see or hear any neighbors.

Not that I dislike people, they just annoy me most of the time... : )
