Yes it changes when you shift the Sherman. The PTO comes off the secondary shaft in the transmission. It's proportional to engine speed for each gear, same PTO speed for same engine speed. E.g. the gear ratio from the transmission input shaft to secondary/pto shaft is fixed. The gears shift between the secondary shaft and the output shaft. Gerald
