Alan, I haven"t done too many replies, but I have been reading the forums for some time. Anyway, our dream started in 2000 the wife and I decided to buy 40 acres in very rural Colorado in hopes of building and getting back to a little farming. I was born and raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, moved to Colorado in 1979. Excuse the handle that was bestowed on me before we moved to CO. We have boarded our horses for well over 12 years but have always desired to have them on our own place. Well after our youngest daughter graduted from high school we built, moved in Jan 2004, horses came March 2004. Although its been alot of work (building barns, stalls, pastures, etc.)we would both do it over again without a thought. It was pretty scary for us but turned out better than we ever anticipated. Best of Luck, Mike
