Looks good Allan! Where abouts is it? Same thing with me and the wife 4 years ago. Had a chance to buy 101 acres of the family farm from my brother. Lots of work, worry, dreams, plans, etc, later - we both know we made the right choice. We still have a LOT to do (brother let the place go to he!!), like build a barn, chicken house, wood shed, KILL CEDAR TREES (built a tree shear to help with that), but look forward to it. We figure that God put us here to take care of this piece of His land (thistles, cedars, and plum thickets included), and we're gonna do the best we can (with His help) to get it back the way it should be. It'll all work out in the end. Good Luck in your new adventure, and God Bless!
