Allan, the property looks nice, from what I can see. I downloaded it into cad, and tried to estimate it's size by the size of the clouds, and that you can only physically see a distance of 26 miles at an altitude of 100' above ground level. By the cad estimating that the picture was taken at about 5'9" above ground level, and the closest cloud is 3.7 miles in diameter, that's a pretty good sized piece of property. When I zoomed in 4x and panned to the left, there's a lady, about 25 running around about 2 miles out. Two questions, what's her name, and why aint she got any clothes on? In reality Allan, if the deal that you offered goes through, can you live with it? You made an offer that you found reasonable or to your likings, so if it goes through, and you're out and about on the tractor or the truck, and settle in, can you live with that? Only you know the answer. And that lady over there? Better tell her to put some clothes on. Wife aint gonna care for her runnin around like that, not much. Get me her number? I'm single. LOL. Mark

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”. I’m par
