I would suggest a skid steer. One with boom hydraulics so you can buy/rent attachments as needed. You can do grading work,landscape work,trenching,stump grinding,backhoe work,drill postholes or holes for trees and field/lot mowing with an owned or rented attachment. Maybe start with a smooth edged bucket and a tooth bar,and as jobs come up rent what you need.If you find that you are renting an attachment alot,buy it. I would also suggest a 1 ton dump and trailer to move the machine or materials as needed.
