I am looking at a Hough HF Serial # 82397 w/a hercules flat head 6 cyl. Any idea what year it might be? It is in rough looking shape but, the owner says that he turns it over each year. Not sure how long it has been since it has been run. Any idea on a price range? Thanks for any help.
