7' mower

I am looking for a 7' rotary mower to mow my field grass with an IH 574. I was loking at a 7' from J-Bar. Are these units any good? The price was $1300. I also looked at a Bush Hog 7' Razor-back it is $1900. I am having a tough time deciding, Any tips are helpful.
